Permits:
All bonfires require a permit purchased in advance. (157$)
Dates, times, and beach access are not guaranteed until the permit is secured.
We recommend booking as far in advance as you can (roughly 2 weeks or longer) in order to get the location that best fits your needs
-
Cancellations & Refunds:
Before permits are purchased: Full refund available.
After permits are purchased:
48 hours before event → full refund minus permit fee (157$)
Less than 48 hours before event → booking credit minus permit fee (new permit fees apply if rescheduled)
Same-day (within 6 hours) → no refund
Note: Permit fees cannot be refunded once purchased.
-
If the weather forecast looks uncertain, we can adjust your start time if available, but rain alone is not enough to cancel your bonfire.
Requests to change your bonfire time due to weather must be made before noon on the event day.
Our team is prepared to wait out any weather that may show up unexpectedly and continue your reservation.
Rescheduling to another day requires a new $157 permit , and requests must be made at least 1 day before your originally scheduled bonfire.
-
If the county cancels due to regulations, burn bans, sea turtle rules, environmental conditions, or emergency orders, you will receive a refund minus the county permit fees. (157$)
Rescheduled dates are subject to availability and require a new $157 county permit. No rescheduling fees or markups are added.
